The Movement Library is now launching its in-person retreats, offering a day to experience what the Movement Library embodies: Movement, Expression, Stillness, Integration, Self Inquiry, and Community. This day retreat is curated as an immersive experience for creativity, connection, and reflection—a space to pause, listen, and explore what moves you.
The theme, The Unfolding Body, invites curiosity and creates space for all layers of our being to unravel. As we move, breathe, and pause, we create a grounded and stable environment for the nervous system to settle. From this place, we can listen more clearly, deepen our awareness, and embody presence. Enjoy time to reflect and journal in the tranquil nature of Bali Garden. Dance and let go in the Bodhi studio, Meditate and be in community.
