In our online breathwork classes, we consciously regulate our breath and bring awareness to the breath. As we do this, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our natural resting and restoring state.
Meditation is at the core of all yogic practices. It can sound daunting, but there’s no such thing as a good or bad meditation. You’ll start to notice subtle shifts in how you relate to yourself and the world around you.
