What is The Movement Library?

The Movement Library is an online mind-body wellness studio - your home to move, breathe and meditate. We offer a variety of yogic practices, including asana, breathwork, pranayama, kriya, mantra, meditation and embodied movement to help you return home to your being.

Anyone curious about exploring different movement modalities and deepening their connection to their body, breath and being. Whether you’re new to movement and yogic practices or experienced, we welcome you exactly as you are.

How do I sign up for The Movement Library?

Do I need experience to practice?

Not at all. Our practices are designed to be accessible, welcoming all levels to the mat. We encourage mindful movement and for you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you.

How long are The Movement Library’s classes?

The library is designed to make it easy for you to return to your practice daily, with class durations varying from 5-10 minutes to 75 minutes. Whether you’re looking for a quick calming breathwork video or a longer energising online yoga class, there’s a practice to suit all schedules.

How do I access the classes?

Once you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to our digital library. You can log in anytime, from anywhere, and explore practices at your own pace.

Are there any live classes?

Yes, there are monthly live sessions with Renee for the community.

How much is a subscription to The Movement Library?

You can choose to subscribe monthly at $15.00 or annually at $125.00, with the option to cancel with 7 days notice anytime. For those new to The Movement Library, we offer a 7-day free trial.

What equipment do I need?

A yoga mat is helpful and sometimes props like blocks or a bolster can add support, but most practices can be done with nothing at all.
